Wouldn't Harvey Milk be a better name for a White House cow? A really butch cow, though, with a first name like Harvey.

Depends on the dog, but I actually typed in a comment yesterday that said "if it's a pitbull, Sarah" before deciding that was maybe over the top...

I'd go for "Jeffy," after that dude with the long ponytail looking at the White House across the tidal basin.
