Remember when?

Remember when County Commissioner Joe Bowser called NCDOT's rejection of SDD's easement a "prank" and suggested that it didn't count because they weren't elected?

Good times.

  • remember when Lowell Siler needed a day or two to determine whether the revocation was legal? Now, after 14 days and despite the NCDOT and the Attorney General strongly maintaining the document's legality, Mr. Siler still has not made a decision. It's almost as if he is looking for any reason to find it not legal while also not allowing any time for opponents of 751 South to respond before the BoCC can vote on the rezoning...

  • We don't call him Encyclopedia Brown for nothing. If there's a reason to dispute the Attorney General's decision, you can bet he'll find it.
