I am convinced that the McCain camp has given up, and is solely continuing on in order to provide fodder for The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.
The evidence:
* John McCain in front of green screen, speaking to ~100 people while Obama secures nomination in front of thousands in Montana
* Cindy McCain in a chroma-key dress
* Sarah Palin (need I elaborate?)
* John McCain in front of another green screen and a blue screen during his convention speech to an apparently half-empty arena
Either the campaign is so off the rails that they can barely manage to dress the candidate, let alone manage his image, or this is a huge joke for the sake of a future late night appearance.
