Do you know that there's only ONE Durham uniformed officer in charge of all the pawn shops in Durham...?
In charge meaning comparing stolen items with legitimate ones.. also there's no one watching "thrift stores"... a little reason why property theft can be very lucrative.
There's more Pawn/thrift/loan stores than banks
