There will be a couple of wet-rated ceiling fans mounted there in a few days; useful for those muggy, mosquito filled summer evenings. The railings still need to be completed as well.

The original plan was for me to work with Rob W., who's done some work for ECWA, as my contractor.
That fell by the wayside when, among other complications, the bedroom renovations that i'm doing took significantly longer than planned. So it got subbed out to a crew who i don't really know that well.
Since 1949, Durhamites have slept soundly, secure in the knowledge that, in our town, erection can be depended upon. Now, thanks to the power of the internets, we can spread that security all over the world.

I like the trellis top... Now you just need to wait for the spring so you can feed some vines through it.
