Sent an email to the address in the release. Got this response:

Now I don't feel so special - I got the exact same reply to an inquiry earlier today.

I emailed him/her/them and volunteered to display a sign in my yard...they said they would drop one off if I gave them my address. Pretty serious about the anonymity thing...
