According to the Herald-Sun, that's how Durham County Commissioner Ellen Reckhow described a proposal to hold off approving a rezoning application for a 400 acre mixed used development in southwest Durham.
Maybe so. The approximately 2730 new residents will use about 327,000 gallons of water per day, an increase of about 1.4% over current usage. They'll be moving in in about 2 years.
