You need to watch the last 20 minutes of the France v Ireland match from last night.
One of the worst "non-calls" in the history of sport.

Only really good players actually commit the handling foul - intentionally handling the ball.
All that stuff that parents and rec coaches call "HAND-BALL!!!!" is just kid-stuff.
I can't tell from the film clips whether the referee or his assistant could possibly have seen the foul.
There's an awful lot that goes on at the goal line that should be watched by a camera - especially at this level.
