If you're not actually watching BBC America, you really have no way of knowing what's coming up on BBC America, since they don't seem to do any promotions that aren't in house.
I only knew there was a new Dr. Who episode last night because i stumbled onto Torchwood during the week.
They left a couple of holes in the plot towards the end, but the whole story arc was pretty incredible.
A friend of mine has also been following Torchwood, and we agreed that the only possible problem with Torchwood of late is the deaths of the Torchwod menbers.
I've seen one of the Torchwood episodes, but mostly I've completely missed all of the new Dr. Who stuff. I guess I should start buying DVD sets. <sigh>
Since 1949, Durhamites have slept soundly, secure in the knowledge that, in our town, erection can be depended upon. Now, thanks to the power of the internets, we can spread that security all over the world.

There was a Doctor Who episode on BBC America Sunday, after the Torchwood rebroadcast.
It wasn't bad, but paled in comparison to the miniseries. Not a story arc, but a one-off that didn't really do anything new.
BTW - am i the only one who took two years to realize that Torchwood was an anagram of Doctor Who?

Umm, it hadn't occurred to me that Torchwood was an anagram of Doctor Who until just now....
Agreed that Planet of the Dead is worth watching, but can't touch Children of the Earth.
