Dissing Durham
I think my last couple of posts show that i'm not above dissing Durham when i see things that don't make sense, or get frustrated with a government bureaucracy that sometimes doesn't seem like it's interested in doing its job.
But dammit, when things are right in Durham, Durham should get credit for it.
